To use this feature, please call the NHS GM IT Service Desk first. Once your support ticket has been logged, your IT Support representive will issue you with a session key which must be used here. Please note: Session keys only last for a limited time (typically 15 minutes) until it expires, in which case, a new key will be required. Additionally, only one session key may be used per person/session. If you become disconnected from your representative, you will need to request a new session key, if the representative is unable to reconnect to you within a 15 minute window.
